We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all seals, labels, and outer wrapping. The return request must be initiated on the same working day the product is delivered. Please note that any opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund due to health and hygiene reasons. To start a return, contact our customer support team via call or WhatsApp during working hours. Customers are responsible for safely shipping the item back to our office unless advised otherwise. Once received, the product will be inspected, and if it meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
